Place of jurisdiction is Wittenbach (St. Gallen). The Operator is also entitled to sue at the domicile of the CUSTOMER or at any other legal place of jurisdiction. In the event of disputes arising from consumer contracts, the domicile of the CUSTOMER shall be the place of jurisdiction in the case of legal actions brought by the Operator, and the domicile of one of the parties in the case of legal actions brought by the CUSTOMER.
