You will receive competent advice concerning electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems not only in German, English, and Spanish but also in Italian, Portuguese, and French.
Thanks to efficient troubleshooting through our help desk, an on-site service call with a service technician is often not necessary - this saves time and money!
During the warranty period of 3 years, you will benefit from free help desk service. After the warranty period, the following new rates will apply:
45 min / year: free
each additional 15 min: CHF 25.-
We offer advice and assistance for your problems daily on Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. (Swiss time)
