The new Smart Services include three different applications to help your company to automate production, monitor your machines, and collect production data.

Spühl Monitoring & Analytics

Collects all important process and operating data from Fides and Spühl machines and displays them on dashboards.

Spühl Connect

Provides the same data as Spühl Monitoring & Analytics and imports it into your existing system. From there, you can view and evaluate the data according to your needs.

Spühl Schedule

Makes it possible for you to send production orders from third party systems to your machine and to track the status and progress of each production order in your system.

Spühl Monitoring & Analytics and Connect

Spühl Monitoring & Analytics collects data from machines while they are running and idle. The service provides detailed reports for each machine and gives insights into fleet performance to be used as a basis for production improvements.

Spühl Connect provides the same machine data as Monitoring & Analytics, but the data is integrated into your existing system.

Spühl Schedule

The Spühl Schedule service enables you to transfer production orders from your third-party system directly to your machines. You can also track the progress and status of production orders.

Your production planner will be able to transmit all relevant information such as order number, product name, target machine, production quantity, priority, and due date directly to the machines in your production hall.
